Dr. Andrea Sorichetti - Chiropractor and Clinic Co-owner

Dr. Sorichetti is passionate about inter-professional collaboration and patient-centered care. She is a graduate from Queen's University with degrees in Life Sciences and Physical and Health Education. She received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) and studied Medical Acupuncture at McMaster University.

During her internship, Dr. Sorichetti was selected to work in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto, Ontario. As she worked alongside medical doctors, pharmacists, dietitians, and psychologists, she saw first-hand how integrative health care yields the best results in patient care. Dr. Sorichetti also completed an internship at Sunnybrook—St. John’s Rehabilitation Hospital where she gained experience managing post-surgical cases, specifically hip and knee replacements. She moved to Belleville in 2013 to join the health team at BIHC.

Dr. Sorichetti specializes in pre and post-natal care and diastasis recti (abdominal muscle separation) rehabilitation. She is a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) and is certified in the Webster Technique. She utilizes cutting edge therapeutic techniques to help her patients recover quickly. She is trained in dry needling, Active Release Technique (A.R.T.®), Fascial Abrasion Technique (F.A.T), concussion management, and pelvic floor rehabilitation.

Dr Sorichetti won the 2014, 2015, and 2016 Reader’s Choice Award for Belleville’s Favourite Chiropractor.
