Sean Lenhardt - Physiotherapist

Sean graduated from Brock University with an Honours undergraduate degree in Kinesiology (the study of human movement). From there he tried his hand at research earning a Masters of Science in Kinesiology at Brock University studying biomechanics and neurophysiology. While interested in pursuing a PhD, Sean decided he would prefer a more “hands-on” profession than research, so continued on to earn his Masters of Physiotherapy from McMaster University. Continuing education is of vital importance for Sean and he has no plans on slowing down anytime soon.

Sean has been a practicing Physiotherapist for 8 years now and hopes for much longer. He has completed his certification in acupuncture and dry needling. He is continuing his education in Orthopaedics and manual therapy (hands-on approach for loosening up soft-tissue or facilitating joint mobility). Exercise has and always will be a staple for an effective approach in rehabilitation and Sean is a big believer in practicing what you preach. When Sean is not practicing physiotherapy, you can probably catch him smashing a volleyball, lifting weights or running.

He is very excited to be a part of the BIHC team and helping the many clients progress along their path to wellness.
