Psychotheraphy helps individuals experiencing anviousness and depressive symptoms by reframing negative thought patterns or maldaptive behaviours impracting general functioning and recovery. Sessions will include strategies to improve coping skills. Our Trauma-informed therapist will assist clients in navigating significant life transitions including physical/emotional/mental injuries. Psychotherapy uses CBT/DBT and ACT therapeutic approaches.
Psychotherapy can support with ADHD and improve somatic practices to participate in overall health and well being.
Life Skills coaching also available using goal-oriented models.
