BIHC can provide many health care services for you. Our chiropractors can perform physical exams that focus on musculoskeletal and neurological concerns, as well as order x-rays if necessary. Our health care team at BIHC is trained to refer for other services when appropriate.

Although our services are not covered by OHIP, many extended health care plans will reimburse the fees for our services. Please check with your provider or call the Centre for more information.

Typically, an appointment with a Chiropractor can be arranged within 24 hours. If you are having an acute problem that requires earlier attention, let us know and we will get you an appointment as soon as possible.

At BIHC, we pride ourselves in keeping our appointment times. However, due to the nature of medical concerns, delays may occur from time to time when emergencies occur. We will do everything we can to notify you if we are delayed.

Having a wide range of professionals in one place means we treat a wide variety of conditions. We are experienced in treating everything from acute conditions, such as colds, flus, strains and sprains to chronic pain, illness and disease. We also treat depression, anxiety and other psychological issues. Maybe you don't have a specific condition and just want to get healthier. We can help with that too! At BIHC, we strive to improve your quality of life through preventative medicine and healthy living. If you have any questions about how BIHC can help you, please contact our Centre to speak with us directly.

Evidence-based treatments have sufficient scientifically valid and clinically proven research to support their use. Some alternative therapies are untested, or have been tested and shown to be ineffective. We shy away from these therapies and focus on what works so you have the best chances at improving your health.

No referral is necessary to make an appointment with any of our practitioners, although many times doctors and other health care workers in the community refer to our centre.

We accept cash, debit, Visa, and Mastercard.

Your first visit includes a thorough health history and comprehensive physical exam that includes: orthopedic testing, functional testing and movement screens. After this process is complete the Chiropractor will discuss your diagnosis and design an individual treatment program based findings from the exam. At this point if there are any questions the Chiropractor will be happy answer them.
