Alannah Shelton - Patient Services
Alannah is a part of our Patient Services team, welcoming patients and ensuring they feel comfortable and have an enjoyable visit when they first enter the front doors. Alannah’s favourite part about BIHC is our great team and our genuine care for our patients. With a great understanding of each of our provided treatments, Alannah is able to help our patients understand their treatment process. She appreciates the opportunity it gives her to meet and communicate with wonderful people every day. Alannah has worked in management roles within customer service career and values being able to work with a great team.
She grew up in Carrying Place Ontario, and has always kept a healthy active lifestyle. She was always actively involved in sports such as: soccer, volleyball, and track while volunteering in her church community, which includes working with children and singing with her family in music ministry. She is always eager to volunteer in supporting those who need assistance. Some of her hobbies include, long nature walks/hikes, running and spending time with family and friends.
